Monday, November 4, 2013: 8:30 AM
Yosemite A (Hilton)
Description:
This session focuses on catalyst and catalytic process development for producing fuels for transportation and stationary applications from alternative feedstocks, including coal, natural gas, petroleum, biomass, and so on. Presentations are expected to include discussions of chemical (heterogeneous and homogeneous) catalysis to produce value-added fuels and chemicals; novel catalytic reactor design for fossil and biorenewables conversion; and development of analytical and simulation tools evaluating catalyst and catalytic process.
