507 Process Design for Process Intensification

Wednesday, November 6, 2013: 12:30 PM
Union Square 19 (Hilton)
Description:
Process design for Process Intensification is a high level challenge. Different approaches give access to novel processes in either separations or chemical conversion or/and combinations of. The topic of this session covers the discussion of systematics and design-systemics of novel intensified processes. The span of scale includes micro scale, micro structured scale as well as full scale modeling, design and operation.
