326 Protein Engineering V: Applications

Tuesday, November 5, 2013: 12:30 PM
Golden Gate 4 (Hilton)
Description:
Protein engineering has wide application areas ranging from basic science to industrial production and disease therapy. For this session, we invite high-quality presentations that reflect the latest advances in protein engineering for application to in vitro systems. Potential topics include, but are not limited to: protein-based biomaterials, proteins and peptides for biomineralization, development of novel protein fusion partners, protein-based biosensors and actuators, protein purification strategies, and enzyme engineering.
