Friday, November 8, 2013: 12:30 PM
Golden Gate 3 (Hilton)
Description:
We invite submissions that apply mathematical modeling to the study of biological processes in microorganisms, mammalian cells, tissues, organs, and whole organisms. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to, metabolism, reaction and diffusion in biofilms, quorum sensing, signal transduction, protein trafficking, and gene regulation. Preference will be given to submissions that describe novel modeling approaches and directly link mathematical modeling with experimental data.
