Several self heating and cooling products that use novel green compositions are designed using finite element methods, rapidly prototyped in part with the aid of 3D printing, and sustainablly manufactured. The supply chain are optimized for two of the sustained release self heating products that have been recently introduced into market. Unique chemistry displace products that utilize security risk hydrogen releasing chemical compositions. The smart coating polymers with green encapsulation methods allow extended self life and sustained performance.
