Best Practices In Pilot Plant Separation

Monday, October 17, 2011: 12:30 PM
Marquette IV (Hilton Minneapolis)

Description:
Piloting separation processes, whether it be crystallization, membrane pervaporation, distillation, filtration, etc. presents a number of challenges. Pilot programs must be planned and executed properly in order to obtain relevant data for scaling up to the next stage. This session focuses on identifying challenges and best practice principles for conducting separations pilot plant programs.
