We seek papers pertaining to the design, synthesis, fabrication, and characterization of nanomaterials and devices for solar-to-electric energy conversion. Papers describing experimental, theoretical and computational work are welcome. Invited speakers will include: Eray S. Aydil, Univ. of Minnesota; Lynn Loo, Princeton Univ; Jeffrey M. Pietryga, Los Alamos National Laboratory; Philippe Guyot-Sionnest, Univ. of Chicago.
