Mathematical Approaches In Systems Biology

Tuesday, October 18, 2011: 12:30 PM
L100 G (Minneapolis Convention Center)

Description:
This session is devoted to theoretical and computational studies of biological systems. Such systems include protein/DNA interactions, protein/protein interactions, genetic networks, metabolic pathways, and signal transduction pathways. Presentations will focus on theoretical and computational developments for the study of the behavior of these systems in response to stimulation or changes in their kinetic and thermodynamic properties. Contributions of novel computational strategies for systems biology are especially welcome.
