Developments In Biobased Alternative Fuels I

Wednesday, October 19, 2011: 12:30 PM
211 C (Minneapolis Convention Center)

Description:
Papers are sought that address research and development toward the sustainable use of bio-based alternative fuels such as ethanol, biodiesel and renewable hydrocarbon fuels and blendstocks derived from biomass. Topics covered may include, but are not limited to: (1) R&D devoted to the development of innovative processes for the production of biofuels from biomass; (2) The application of core chemical engineering principles to pilot- or larger-scale biobased alternative fuels production; and (3) Production of other biobased alternative fuels such as microbial hydrogen production, etc.
