Development of a Method to Measure Bioreactor Mass Transfer

Determination of bioreactor mass transfer involves a number of decisions, including what conditions, media, experimental design and many other.  The goal of developing a protocol is to have a rapid, low cost, and robust methodology that provides mass transfer data that's representative of conditions experienced in actual cell culture.
