Classical Thermodynamics and Biochemical Engineering

In accordance with T. W. Fraser Russell’s longstanding interest in undergraduate education, this talk will focus several examples of the applications of classical thermodynamics to biochemical engineering that can easily be incorporated into the undergraduate program.
