For the Hydrogen Economy to come to fruition, efficient and utilitarian means of producing, storing, and dispensing hydrogen need to be developed. This Topical will include 13 sessions focusing on (1) technology for economic and efficient massive-scale production of hydrogen and (2) modeling, design, evaluation, and demonstration efforts for hydrogen storage system concepts and prototypes. The goal is an international assembly of engineers and scientists from the chemical, mechanical, and materials fields working on the design, optimization, integration, demonstration, and analysis of hydrogen storage, production, and dispensing systems. Complementing the submitted talks, a full range of invited speakers is planned to give overview presentations and insights on future technical directions and developments. The proceedings of this Topical Conference will be published in a special edition of the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (IJHE).
