Experimental Approaches in Systems Biology II

Wednesday, November 10, 2010: 3:15 PM
255 E Room (Salt Palace Convention Center)

Description:
This session focuses on the latest advances in applied experimental approaches for understanding biological networks. We invite submissions on topics that involve techniques for measuring and manipulating cells and tissues at the genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic or metabolomic levels, as well as novel methods to study regulatory interactions among these levels. Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited to: mRNA expression analysis; studies on small RNAs and their roles in gene regulation; gene translation analysis; protein identification and functional studies for transcriptional networks; flux analysis and metabolomic profiling of tissues/organs; and integrated single-cell analyses for mapping signaling networks.
