Description:
This sesison will consist of invited speakers followed by a panel discussion. The objective of the session will be to present to chemical engineerng students and young professionals, strategies for achieving at the highest levels of engineering by the 2010 MAC eminent chemical engineers who are achievers in their profession. The eminent panelists will address a range of issues including the pipeline for future engineers and its impact on US competitiveness; the role of chemical engineering in the global economy, sustainability issues in green engineering, and perspectives on the worldwide energy challenges and economic downturn and how they affect the USA. Drs. Emmanuel Dada, Thomas Mensah, Rosemarie Wesson and Christine Grant will moderate the discussion. NO UNINVITED PAPER SUBMITTALS.
