Modeling and Identification

Thursday, November 11, 2010: 3:15 PM
250 B Room (Salt Palace Convention Center)

Description:
The focus of this session is on theoretical and experimental results in the area of process modeling and identification. Topics of interest include novel identification algorithms, design of control-relevant input signals, identification and validation under conditions of inadequate and/or incomplete data, model uncertainty quantification, identification of nonlinear systems, and modeling of specific processes. Process modeling and identification techniques applied to nontraditional processes and systems are of particular interest.
