Description:
This session invites presentations concerning the design of chemical processes for the creation of biological and pharmaceutical products. Application of process systems engineering approaches to the design of biofuel plants, plants for the production of commoditity chemicals from biofeedstocks, and prodction facilities for pharmaceutical agents are all applicable to this session. Industrial submissions are particularly welcomed.
