Chemical Looping Processes I

Tuesday, November 9, 2010: 3:15 PM
Brighton Room (Marriott Downtown)

Description:
This session addresses advances in the development of chemical looping processes such as combustion, reforming, hybrid-combustion gasification, including systems for CO2 capture, hydrogen production, and other novel chemical looping technologies. The session also addresses topics pertaining to chemical looping processes such as material and energy balances, exergy analyses, carrier materials, gas/solid reaction, reactor systems, system modeling and techno-economic feasibility analysis, and experience fro operations of these systems.
