Nanowires III: Bulk Production and Assembly

Friday, November 12, 2010: 8:30 AM
Seminar Theater (Hilton)

Description:
This session will focus on various approaches (gas phase, wet chemical and electrochemical, etc) and processes that are being developed for making bulk quantities of nanowires and their subsequent scale-up studies. The session will also include papers dealing with dispersion of nanowires in solvents and strategies for the large-scale assembly of nanowires into devices.
