Nanowires I: Synthesis and Modeling

Thursday, November 11, 2010: 12:30 PM
Seminar Theater (Hilton)

Description:
This session will address nanowire synthesis strategies using vapor phase, solution, electrochemical, and template-based techniques and characterization methods, including imaging and in-situ studies of growth. The session will also solicit papers dealing with modeling aspects of nanowire growth and structure-property relationships.
