This session will highlight recent advances and development in the biotech industry. Trends and new technologies in manufacturing industrial bioproducts, including recombinant biologics, vacccines, cell culture-derived products, as well as regenerative medicines and biofuels and biochemicals will be covered. Topics relevant to this session may include, but are not limited to: culture media development and optimization, process development and optimization, scale-up and scale-down technologies, bioprocess engineering, as well as applications of new technologies. Prominent people from industry will be invited to give keynotes in this session.
