Reaction Engineering in API Synthesis

Monday, November 8, 2010: 12:30 PM
Grand Ballroom D (Salt Palace Convention Center)

Description:
Reaction engineering work in the development of API synthesis may include kinetic modeling, reactor design, and the integration of process analytical technologies. Applications involving multiphase systems, mass transfer limited operations, and novel reactor design on observed kinetic behavior is of particular interest to this session. Case studies that provide a better understanding of kinetics gained through process development are also encouraged to be submitted.
