Composites Interfaces

Monday, November 9, 2009: 12:30 PM
Cheekwood G (Gaylord Opryland Hotel)

Description:
This session invites contributions dealing with interfaces of composites materials. Interfaces between the matrix and filler are critical in composites materials as interfaces largely determine properties of composites materials. Novel characterization techniques and analytical methods are welcome partially including chemical and electron spectroscopy and microscopy regardless of the matrix type of composites materials. Modeling on interfaces is encouraged to submit.
