A panel discussion about engineering careers with special emphasis on the issues pertaining to women. The session is sponsored by the Women's Initiative Committee and will be moderated by Drs. Upma Sharma and Elizabeth Cosgriff-Hernandez. Panelists from early (<5 years), mid- (5-10 years) and established (10+ years) careers will provide a breadth of experiences and perspectives for young female engineers. Moderators will guide discussions about industrial experiences with topics centered around issues related to career planning, negotiation, and networking. The session will end with a discussion based on questions from the audience.
