Most companies recognize that to effectively innovate they must collaborate with external organizations, other companies, universities, government labs, research institutes and others. While this more open innovation brings many benefits it also brings new management challenges. This session encourages presentations to share understanding and experiences that help organizations work together more effectively to benefit all involved and encourage future collaboration.
