Sustainability of Water Use

Monday, November 9, 2009: 3:15 PM
Cheekwood A (Gaylord Opryland Hotel)

Description:
This session provides a forum to discuss the way we use and manage water, and recognize the link between water and the natural environment. This session solicits presentations on solution and approaches that can offer great potentials to ensure the sustainability of water use, the integration between the various components of water management, and the interface between water use, related land and environmental resources in the context of social and economic development. Examples include water reuse, water conservation, contaminant and impurity behaviors in process water, water-energy-land management and sustainability.
