Description:
Papers are solicited on the recruitment and retention of Freshman or first-level Chemical Engineering students. Authors are encouraged to discuss techniques as well as difficulties involving recruitment and retention. Efforts to partner with other institutional departments, recruitment of disadvantaged groups and dissemination of proven techniques are also of interest.
