Research On Multi-Scale CFD for Particle Mixing and Suspension

Tuesday, November 10, 2009: 12:30 PM
Bayou A (Gaylord Opryland Hotel)

Description:
The use of multi-scale computational fluid dynamics for simulating turbulent flow and mixing has recently achieved more acceptance and capability.  This session will present research on the use of M-S CFD to simulate the suspension and mixing of particles in fluids.
