In this work the IDEAS framework is applied to the synthesis problem of the optimal distribution of multiple catalysts in reactors and reactor networks. The reactions are assumed to be isothermal and under constant density. The Attainable Region is constructed for several first order reaction schemes using the Shrink-Wrap-Algorithm.Applications to reaction schemes involving multiple products are highlighted in the context of Green Engineering.
