#650 - Mathematical and Computational Biosystems Engineering II (10D00)
Papers are sought that use computational and mathematical tools to address problems in the areas of biomedicine and biotechnology. Proposals to present need not include experimental data, but application-oriented studies are preferred to strictly theoretical work. Scales of interest may range from the intracellular to the organismal. Example topics include, but are not limited to, drug delivery design or refinement, models of biological processes at one or more scales, mathematical descriptions of biomimetic devices, and analysis or optimization of bioprocess systems in open- or closed-loop.
