Deep microchannel reactor (FMR) is a microreactor made of a microchannel with a very high aspect ratio, and suited to develop a micro chemical process with a throughput of over 1000 tpa.

The present study was conducted to investigate the mixing and heat transfer in FMR in order to develop a design strategy for FMR.
