Bio Separations (02g)

#381 - Turning Whey Into Valuable Products (02G04)
There are many food streams that are not fully utilized. This is because of low value, difficulty of separation, and realitive size. However, separation technology can add value to these streams and turn them into assets rather than detriments. This session is designed to flush out these separation technologies and engage in active discussions of how to best get them into industry.
