#494 - Computational and Functional Genomics (21010)
A critical component of genomics is the ex vivo computational analysis of DNA, RNA and protein sequence. In addition, computational and experimental analysis of the interaction of core biological building blocks in vivo is central to determining their role in the cell. In this session papers exploring both the experimental and theoretical aspects of computational genomics are welcome. In particular, submissions presenting experimental/theoretical advances in rapid sequence identification, mRNA transcriptional network identification, protein-protein network identification and novel large-scale techniques for the quantification of mRNA and protein concentration are particularly encouraged.
