#246 - Advances in Metabolic Engineering and Bioinformatics: Eukaryotes (15D01)
This session will focus on recent progress in the area of Metabolic Engineering and Bioinformatics, encompassing the development of new experimental and theoretical tools applicable to Metabolic Engineering. Topics of interest include: reconstruction of metabolic as well as gene regulatory pathways; metabolic regulation; and control analysis. Both novel theoretical approaches and experimental applications of genomic and proteomic techniques are welcomed. We invite papers on the application of these techniques to eukaryotes for biochemical and biomedical applications.
