| #282 - Site Assessment and Remediation (09003) | |||
| This session will highlight the application of Chemical Engineering principles to the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. Technologies for assessment of exposure and risk from sites, modeling contaminant fate and transport and technologies for in-situ remediation of contaminated sites are specifically requested. The focus will be on papers focused on procedures and principles that are applicable to a broad range of contaminated sites. Papers on ex-situ treatment technologies will also be considered if they are sufficiently novel or widely applicable to a variety of different sites. Papers focused on a particular site that do not have broad applicability will not be considered for inclusion in the session. | |||
