This session focuses on fundamental studies on the structural and thermodynamic properties of polymer thin films and two-dimensional composites. Experimental contributions shall emphasize quantitative characterizations of thin film morphology and its connection to the material performance. Theoretical work and molecular simulations are expected to provide useful insights into structure formation and fabrication by design.
