This session focuses on the rheology and fluid mechanics of biological systems such as DNA, self-assembled peptides, blood, media incorporating microorganisms, etc., as well as complex fluids such as surfactants, emulsions, liquid crystals etc. Other possible topics may include the study of separation and microfluidic devices applied to biological fluids.
