Conduct of operations is a topic that has been largely ignored by OSHA, who deals only with operating procedures. This topic is being addressed by many companies and papers on their endeavors regarding operational discipline, critical lists for maintenance, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and other aspects of plant operations that impact process safety would be welcome for this session.
