OverviewThe environmental lawyers speaking in this panel session will provide a summary of recent regulatory developments, including developments regarding: the Clean Air Act New Source Review; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (Superfund) new "All Appropriate Inquiry" standards addressing organic vapor intrusion; the Clean Water Act Jurisdictional Determinations and Nation Wide Permitting; and finally, application of environmental statutes and regulations in catastrophic scenarios developed during recovery from Hurricane Katrina.
