OverviewThis session will explore innovative compliance management and reporting strategies, with an emphasis on the detection and reporting of incidents. Unanticipated environmental and safety incidents are a major cause of disruption, non-compliance issues, and adverse financial impacts. Presenters at this session will discuss strategies and approaches to: (a) monitor compliance; (b) detect potentially reportable findings or incidents; and (c) meet government regulations related to health, safety/security, and environmental compliance.
