Pilot Plants (12b)

#38 - Tools and Best Practices in Pilot Plants - II (12B01)
Success and effectiveness of a pilot plant program can be highly dependent upon tools and methodologies employed. This general session on the theme of pilot plants seeks to present views and examples of best practices and strategies for pilot plant programs, including scale-up and scale-down, continuous or staged pilots, use of tollers or outside vendors, use of specialized in situ or off-line analysis tools, or other tricks that make-or-break the effectiveness of the program.
