OverviewA strong Safety Culture is of critical importance to Safety over the long-term in any organization. This session invites papers demonstrating approaches to reducing incidents through management processes such as Operational Discipline, Behavior Sampling, Operator Training, effective operating procedures, interactive task management systems, etc.
