Biobased Fuels and Chemicals I

Description:
Biofuels and biochemicals represent a secure, renewable, and environmentally safe alternative to petroleum-derived fuels and chemicals. This session will focus on the biological production of biofuels and biochemicals from renewable feedstocks. Topics on both enzymatic and whole-cell bioconversions are of primary interest.
