Most chemical engineers' jobs require that they effectively manage their own time and resources and also the time and resources of other. Most engineers are also expected to be leaders. Those that are most effective combine good management with effective leadership to have a high degree of positive impact wherever they work. This session invites papers on how to effectively use leadership as we manage time and resources to inspire groups to deliver outstanding results in a way that builds and strengthens people.
