This session will focus on how this type of innovation and be encouraged and managed to bring new growth to both small and large companies. Topics can include both how a company can disrupt a market and how established companies can defend their markets against disrutption. The session will also include papers describing new educational approaches for technical management and a paper on safety in technical management. | |||
