The National Nanotechnology Initiative, Council for Chemical Research, and Chemical Industry Vision2020 established the NNI-ChI Consultative Board for Advancing Nanotechnology (NNI-ChI CBAN)in March 2004 to accelerate the commercialization of nanotechnology. Activities for the NNI-ChI CBAN include: joint planning and support of collaborative activities in key R&D areas,identify and promote new R&D for exploratory areas,expand nanotechnology R&D, periodical joint meetings and reports, and exchange information. This presentation provides an overview of the NNI-ChI CBAN accomplishments since its inception.
